In the months before the wedding, the Styled Stem team provided the perfect balance of logistical and emotional support to allow me to go into my wedding day without any concerns. From day 1, the team listened to my vision and worked with me to make it happen, from finding the best-in-class vendors to floral design to logistical support.

My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about them.

And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation.

One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. I hope to keep in touch with them for years to come, as I feel grateful to have met such wonderful people as they are through this process.

We cannot recommend The Styled Stem enough! Candice, the genius behind The Styled Stem, took on the monumental task of full-service wedding planning, design and day-of coordination for our wedding, and she surpassed all expectations.

Despite our late start in the planning process (6 months out), Candice connected us with the perfect vendors, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of our needs and preferences. As a very picky, A-type personality, I can be challenging to accommodate, especially for such a significant event. Yet, Candice handled everything with extraordinary grace, always making necessary corrections and liaising seamlessly between us and our vendors.

Candice's compassionate nature and unwavering professionalism shone through, even when the florists failed us on the day of the wedding. The bouquets were disappointing, but Candice and her team sprang into action, creating stunning new bouquets for me and all nine of my bridesmaids in record time while still keeping the day running smoothly. The results were absolutely gorgeous, and she even added extra touches that made everything perfect.

The Styled Stem’s services were nothing short of amazing, and we are immensely grateful for their dedication. From the beautiful unexpected floristry to the impeccable day-of coordination, Candice ensured that every detail was flawless. There were many hurdles thrown her way—a less than ideal turnaround time, bad weather (I do not live in PA; we got married in PA)—and Candice handled it all flawlessly. From the first time I spoke with Candice, I knew right away she was a perfect match. I felt comfortable with her and totally trusted her to give it to me straight, tell me things I definitely needed, and also not push for anything unnecessary. She took my disorganized, confused, incomplete vision and made it cohesive, then executed flawlessly. I would literally vote for her for President of the United States. Everything was gorgeous, and the event was seamless.

Several weeks later, my notoriously difficult grandmother (God love her) is still calling me to tell me how amazing Candice and her team were. I don’t know how, but Candice found a bunch of mini-Candices and enlisted them all to be her team; everyone was absolutely awesome. Candice, without you, this wedding wouldn’t have even been a worse version—it straight up would have been a dumpster fire at best. You are truly phenomenal at what you do, and I can’t thank you enough for everything. You are a true curator of vibes. We are so fortunate to be a couple who can say they genuinely enjoyed their wedding, nothing went wrong, and we have zero regrets. And Candice is 100% the reason we can say that!

I knew from early on that I wanted a wedding planner/coordinator because I didn't even know where to start with planning and was getting overwhelmed just thinking about everything that needed to get done. I am so glad that I found Candice and started working with her a little over a year out from our wedding.

From our first conversations, she put me at ease and provided us with a timeline that helped break down everything that needed to be done and when we should aim to have it done by. Finding vendors for a 2022 wedding was an experience to say the least, but Candice helped to reach out to vendors when I wasn't getting responses, advised us if vendor contracts should have certain things added in, and also tracked down information on vaccination status and proof of insurance that our venue required. I don't know how many emails and texts I sent to Candice, but I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response (even when I was sending emails at ridiculous hours of the morning and night and did not expect her to get back!) I am so glad that I also hired her for design. I knew that I wanted a dark, candlelight romantic vibe, but I wasn't sure if that made sense with a brighter color palette for our summer wedding. Candice managed to select things from my Pinterest board that made sense and put together a style board that finally helped me to visualize the wedding.

I was still nervous on the day of the wedding because I had been so vague about what I wanted, but Candice and our florist created the most beautiful ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces. I actually cried during the room reveal because it was so perfect. In addition to handling the planning and design, Candice was a true lifesaver when it came to coordination on the day of the wedding. There were a few issues that arose with vendors, as well as guests showing up after they had RSVPd "No" which messed up the table assignments. Candice handled it all very calmly and professionally. I actually don't know what I would have done without her.

We setup meetings throughout the planning process and even though it was virtual due to the pandemic, she was able to capture our entire vision.

Candice created the perfect vision board for our ceremony, reception and bridal florals. The arch was amazing! Our ceremony backdrop was a golf green so the arch created a focal point and really made our ceremony feel complete. The reception was a mix of white flowers with curly willow branches and lots of candles, she made our reception feel romantic and timeless. The best part was when Candice walked into the bridal suite with our flowers, I wanted to cry seeing the gorgeous bouquets but I had just had my makeup done but they were that perfection.

Candice is sweet, professional, available to answer all emails, and truly a master at her craft. She will make your day exceptional and beautiful with all of the floral details. I cannot thank her enough for everything!!
